Disconnect Service

If you wish to disconnect service, you can contact our office to speak with a customer service representative, or click here to use our customer service portal. In order to use our customer service portal, you must first register as a user if you do not already have access to the portal. Registration is required to protect your information, and as an added verification that you are authorized to make changes to the account.

Please give two business days notice prior to the date you request service disconnection. Disconnects cannot be performed on weekends or holidays.

Once your service has been disconnected, your final bill will be calculated and any deposit or membership fee that exists on the account will be applied to the outstanding bill. If there is a credit on your account once these monies are applied, you will be mailed a check.

IMPORTANT! Remember that you are responsible for any electric use at the location as long as your account is active in your name. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us to disconnect service if you are moving or selling your property. Do not depend on the individual moving into or purchasing the location to change the service into his/her name.
