Payments can be made using our automated account information system. This system is available 24 hours-a-day by calling 1.866.285.2359. By calling our automated system, you can check your balance or make a payment using a credit or debit card, or an e-check.If you wish to pay by e-check using the automated system, you must first have an e-check profile established on our system. You can do this yourself by accessing your account online and entering your bank account information. You can also complete an e-check authorization form, and submit it with a voided check to our office. Once the authorization is processed, you will be able to utilize this option on our automated system.
