So, you’ve had us perform an energy audit on your home and we gave you some tips on making your home more energy-efficient. Now you’re wondering, "How can I afford these repairs and improvements?" The answer is simple – by taking advantage of one of our home improvement loan programs.

Our Energy Resources Conservation (ERC) loan program, which is available only to our member-owners, allows you to borrow up to $5,000* at an interest rate of only 5%. Funds can be used for improvements, upgrades, gas to electric conversions or installation of a heat pump system. The payments for the loan are added to your monthly bill and can be spread over a maximum of 60 months.
