The South Bullock County Water Authority (SBCWA) does not employee any personnel. The operation and maintenance of the SBCWA's system is conducted through a management agreement with Dixie Electric Cooperative. Although the SBCWA is operated by the cooperative, all expenses related to the operation and maintenance of the water system are paid by the SBCWA.

The cooperative has several employees specifically designated to work on the water system. Brent Moffett, the cooperative's staff assistant, is manager of Dixie Electric Cooperative's water department. Randolph Hall is superintendent of the SBCWA. Additional employees are utilized in the daily operation of the SBCWA.
